You can sign up for our loyalty program by creating an account on our website and opting into the program during the registration process. If you already have an account, simply log in and join the loyalty program from your account settings.
By joining our loyalty program, you earn points with every purchase that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Members also receive exclusive offers, early access to new products, and special birthday discounts.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us at cristle@cristleballscollections.com, and we will do our best to assist you. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS for a flat rate of $7.50. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Currently, we only ship within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, with additional time required during holidays.
